ToldYouSo.app is a free tool. We do not require sign-up or collect personal information. The argument text you submit is sent to Anthropic's API to generate a verdict and is not stored by us.

2. Cookies & local storage

We use browser local storage only to remember your verdict count. We do not use tracking cookies. If Google AdSense is displayed, Google may use cookies in accordance with their own privacy policy.

3. Third-party services

• Anthropic API — processes your argument text to generate verdicts. See Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com.
• Google AdSense — may display advertisements. See Google's privacy policy.
• PayPal — processes payments for premium features.

4. Children's privacy

This service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

• Do not submit arguments containing personal identifying information of third parties
• Do not use this service for harassment or to defame individuals
• Do not submit illegal content or content that violates third-party rights
• Do not attempt to manipulate or abuse the AI verdict system

3. Disclaimer

We make no guarantees about verdict accuracy or fairness. Arguments are evaluated by an AI model and results may vary. By using this service you agree that the judge's word is final (even when it's wrong, which it occasionally is).

4. Intellectual property

The ToldYouSo.app name, design, and branding are owned by us. Generated verdicts are yours to share.

5. Payments

Premium certificate purchases are processed via Stripe. Refunds are available within 24 hours if the certificate fails to generate.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.

What is this?

ToldYouSo.app is an AI-powered argument settler. You submit both sides of a disagreement, and our Hon. Judge AI delivers a full, honest, and entertainingly brutal verdict.

Why does this exist?

Because everyone deserves to be told they're right. Or wrong. Or both. We've all been in arguments where you just need a neutral third party — someone with no stake in the outcome, no feelings to protect, and an unhealthy obsession with justice. That's us.

Is the verdict actually fair?

We think so. The AI judge evaluates both sides on the merits of the arguments presented. It cannot be bribed, guilt-tripped, or worn down by sighing. It has been known to rule against both parties simultaneously, which is somehow worse.
