1. The basics

By using ToldYouSo.app you agree to these terms. ToldYouSo.app is provided for entertainment purposes. AI-generated verdicts are not legal advice, relationship counselling, or binding arbitration. The Hon. Judge AI, while extremely opinionated, is not a real judge and cannot be held in contempt of court.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit arguments containing sensitive personal information of third parties who haven't consented
• Use the service to harass, defame, or target specific individuals
• Submit illegal content or content that violates third-party rights
• Attempt to manipulate or abuse the AI verdict system
• Use automated tools to submit large numbers of arguments

3. Disclaimer of liability

ToldYouSo.app makes no guarantees about verdict accuracy or fairness. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on AI verdicts. If you break up with someone because an AI told you to, that's on you.

4. Intellectual property

The ToldYouSo.app name, logo, design, and branding are our property. Generated verdicts belong to you and may be shared freely — we just ask that you include the ToldYouSo.app credit when sharing.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Arguments will sometimes have to wait. Patience is a virtue — particularly for the person who's wrong.

6. Changes to terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use constitutes acceptance. We'll try not to sneak in anything outrageous.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be settled in South African courts — or, preferably, on ToldYouSo.app.
